ABOUT US

Westover BV is an industrial automation company. Since 2012 we have grown into an international company with over 15 young, passionate engineers, who work together in a stable team.

Hardware:

Based on a preliminary study, we create a functional description. This is a document in which we record how the machine should perform and what is needed for that. When we agree on this, we design, build and program your machine.

The construction of the cabinets according to the developed E-Plan scheme takes place in our own workshop. The assembly is done on location, so that we can test and adjust on the spot. We then deliver your installation ready for production.

By keeping all work in-house, we guarantee good installation and solid quality.

Software:

We develop and implement high-quality control systems for machines and logistic processes. This will help you achieve maximum efficiency. This control system can consist of hardware engineering (E-Plan), PLC software and/or PC software.

We work with a wide range of PLC brands for all conceivable applications. Due to our extensive experience with industrial automation, we can determine exactly which solution best suits your process.

Personal conversation

Together with you, we will look at what is needed. We do this in a personal conversation, using drawings and diagrams. Finally, we will draw up a functional description. This way, you will not be faced with any surprises. After an extensive test phase on location, we will then finally put your installation into operation.

Retrofit:

When your machinery is outdated, it may be that parts are no longer available, for example a Siemens S5. It may also be that the efficiency is not what it should be, your control is no longer optimal, or even no longer works.

Retrofit at Westover BV:

A solution is Retrofit, an upgrade to the current state of the art. A retrofit option can be more efficient than purchasing new machines and can be earned back in the short term, provided that this is done professionally.

Maximum uptime

A retrofit solution ensures the supply of your spare parts and renewed software ensures maximum uptime of your machine or installation. It is also possible to revise the existing mechanics and then have us design a new control system. Our PLC programmers have extensive experience with all kinds of different brands of older electronics, such as Alan Bradley, Siemens and Omron.

Service:

Westover stands for quality and optimum service. That is why it is possible to conclude a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with us. In our SLA we record how we maintain your equipment and/or software and when and how you are entitled to our support. With this we want to offer certainty in the field of service provision and relieve you of your worries when it comes to the continuity of your production process.

We offer various packages. You can choose from software support, mechanical support, or a combination of the two. We also offer the possibility of regular inspections and maintenance.
